"Baby Driver" Review

Edgar Wright once again showing us that he is one the best directors of this generation and in my opinion, THE best director of our generation. Every movie he has done so far have been outstanding and have been so damn fun. Even Scott Pilgrim, which I think is his weakest film, is still a damn good movie. He knocks it right out of the park again with this movie "Baby Driver"

The movie's premise is like a dream come true for people who love amazing soundtracks with their movies, very much like a Tarantino/Scorsese film. It's about "Baby", a young getaway driver who suffers from tinnitus and in order to drown out the ringing in his ears listens to music. So if you're a big fan of car chases, this movie is for you because they go all out crazy. Also, if you know Edgar Wright movies, you know his style of quick, fast-paced editing which works wonders on these action sequences.

The movie isn't all style though. We have an all star cast here with the likes of Ansel Elgort, Lily James, John Hamm, Jamie Foxx and Kevin Spacey. They all are great in there roles and seem to be having so much fun. Thanks to the fantastic script, these actors have a lot to work with and everything just seems to fall in place perfectly.

"Baby Driver" is already a classic, and I can't wait to watch it again. It's exhilarating and in a time when Hollywood seems to be feeding us the same slop over and over again, we need movies like this to remind us what film is capable of.

Grade: A+
